Import Shopify’s official Stocky export

CSV import in UreyukiBox has two tabs: Through Aug 31 and Sep 1 onward. On Sep 1 onward, select manifest.json and all eight CSV files from Shopify’s official Stocky export together, review the preview, then import the supported data. Through Aug 31 keeps the existing CSV and paste workflow unchanged. Neither route infers missing fields or changes current Shopify inventory, transfers, product catalogue, or tax settings. Stocky data already saved in UreyukiBox remains available in Data, including supported CSV and PDF exports.

Through Aug 31

The existing legacy CSV and copied-table workflow remains unchanged for files you saved before Stocky shut down.

The nine required files

Keep the filenames unchanged and select every file from the same downloaded folder. A CSV with only its header is still a valid part of the export.

Import step by step

    Keep the complete official export

    Download the Stocky export Shopify provides and keep manifest.json plus all eight CSV files together, unchanged. Header-only CSV files are valid and must not be removed.

    Sync current Shopify products

    Sync UreyukiBox before importing so official Shopify product and variant IDs can be matched against the current catalogue.

    Open CSV import and choose Sep 1 onward

    Select all nine files from the same official export together. Use Through Aug 31 only for the unchanged legacy CSV and paste workflow.

    Preview before applying

    Review missing, duplicate, or unknown files, source row counts, normalized actions, retained-only records, unmatched references, and warnings before confirming the import.

  5. 5

    Reconcile and retain the originals

    Compare saved records against the official export and keep the complete original package as your independent source of truth.

What the import does not change

Importing this package stores supported Stocky history and reference data. It does not change current Shopify inventory quantities, execute transfers, rewrite products or variants, change prices, or assign tax settings. Incomplete stocktakes and transfers remain source records; they are not replayed.

Why the preview matters

The importer rejects missing, duplicate, and unknown files; validates the shop and cross-file references; and reports what will be normalized or retained only. It matches products by official Shopify IDs rather than assuming SKU is unique. Nothing is applied until you explicitly confirm the preview.

Import with UreyukiBox

Official Stocky export import and the legacy CSV workflow are available from CSV import. Keep the complete downloaded package after importing so unsupported fields remain independently archived.

The interface, the App Store listing and support are available in English. Alerts and supplier emails use English for stores outside Japan and Japanese for stores in Japan. Supported Stocky official exports, saved CSV files and copied tables can be imported manually from CSV import; missing fields are not inferred. Purchase orders follow your store too: totals are in your store’s currency, with editable purchase-tax presets for 53 countries. The US, Canada, Brazil, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia start with no tax line because one national rate would be misleading.
