# UreyukiBox

> A Shopify app for demand forecasting, reorder points and purchase orders, built as a replacement
> for Stocky after Stocky ended on 31 August 2026. Published on the Shopify App Store.

Key facts:

- **What it does:** reorder-point alerts (email, Slack, LINE), suggested order quantities,
  purchase orders as PDF or CSV, supplier email, receiving including partial shipments, optional
  write-back to Shopify inventory, stocktakes, stock adjustments, barcode scanning, label printing,
  landed cost, and margin reporting. Transfers between locations require Business.
- **Stocky data:** **CSV import** has two tabs. **Sep 1 onward** accepts Shopify's official Stocky
  export as one package: `manifest.json` plus all eight CSV files, selected together and checked in
  a preview before import. **Through Aug 31** preserves the existing CSV and paste workflow. Only
  supported formats and fields are imported; missing fields are not inferred. Importing history does
  not change current Shopify inventory, transfers, product catalogue, or tax settings. Shopify sync
  by itself does not move Stocky history.
  Data previously saved in UreyukiBox remains available for review and export under **Stocky data**.
  Keep the original files as an independent archive after importing them.
- **Forecasting with limited history:** seasonal timing comes from a fixed retail calendar for the
  store's country — 51 countries, each cut in its own time zone. Quantity estimates still require
  evidence from the store's sales; where there is no basis, no number is produced.
- **Purchase tax:** editable presets for 53 countries. For the United States, Canada, Brazil,
  Hong Kong, Indonesia and Malaysia no rate is shipped because no single national rate is correct.
- **Pricing:** Free (up to 100 products and 1 location), then $19, $39 and $83 per month. Stores
  billed in Japanese yen pay ¥2,980, ¥5,980 and ¥12,800. Paid plans have a 14-day trial per store.
- **What Free covers:** read-only Shopify product, inventory and order sync; supported manual CSV
  and paste imports for saved Stocky data; purchase-order PDF and CSV export; receiving; stock
  adjustments; and the dashboard. Free has no time limit and no charge while the store stays on it.
  Reorder points, suggested order quantities, stocktakes, email low-stock alerts and emailing a PO
  start on Starter. LINE and Slack alerts, inventory analytics, landed cost and reports start on Pro.
- **Not supported:** no POS screen, backorders or pre-orders, 3PL, WMS or accounting integrations.
  Demand is forecast from Shopify sales only; external-channel sales import is not supported.
